The worst customer service. I order the product 26th of November and it should have been delivered within 6 days. After almost a mont I asked about the status of the delivery and was informed that the shipment was postponed to 8th of January. 12th of January I asked again about the status of my package and got the information that it was again postponed to 26th January. It's ridiculous situation and I'm not sure of existence of any customer service at all.
My cooker stopped working after two uses. I have filled in the return request form twice now with no response and have emailed asking for a refund with no response.
They eventually responded and sent me a replacement which works absolutley fine.

I purchased the precision oven and after a couple months of baking bread once a week the bottom gasket that holds the heating element came off. They told me not to clean the unit so hard. I asked to have the unit replaced under their 100 day warranty. I have not heard back from them.
01/13/21 I bought an anova precision oven. deliveries must be made by the end of February at the latest. I didn't get the estimated shipping date, so after three weeks I asked myself about the estimated shipping date. In response, I received an email with an assurance from my
the oven will be delivered by the end of February. After a week I received a message from Anova culinary that my delivery will be delayed until April 5! I checked the Anova website and found the fact that they are still pre-ordering for February. How can you promise your customers that they will get their product in February knowing that others are waiting from January and the delay for them is in April?
Typical fishing! It is not the customer that counts, but the cash register. They call it marketing, I call it a scam.
I honestly do not recommend

A friend bought me an annova sousvide which malfunctioned after a few uses. I wrote and forwarded my complaint and even though had misplaced my warranty card they sent me a new sous vide. AMAZING customer service. Thank you Joan. U guys rock.
By far the worst customer service of any brand in any category. It’s basically non existent, been sold items that seem to be incompatible but literally zero response from them. Standard procedure quick enough to sell you what they can take your money and leave you for dead when it doesn’t work or isn’t what you ordered.
I've ordered a sous vide machine and a vacuum sealer on the 11th of December as the company guaranteed Christmas delivery. It's now the 29th and I still don't have my packages. I feel completely embarrassed as this was ordered as a present and I couldn't replace it in time for Christmas. I've tried to contact support by email and their chat tool however they have seen the messages but have chosen not to respond. I'm not sure if the company has taken my money and cheated me or if they have decided to hold deliveries but I'm not sure what to do. Go to my bank or continue to wait for a package that seems to be halted in the Netherlands since the 14th? I'm hoping someone from the company will respond to me soon.
03/01: Received confirmation over chat that my order was delayed intentionally with the courier by Anova and never left the Netherlands. Order was shipped on 30/12, I placed my order on 11/12. Messaged customer service to be told that because they offered their products on special they will not offer anything to compensate for misleading me with their Christmas order guarentee. To me, not the most ethical company and for anyone looking I would highly recommend buying another brand as customer service is not a priority for this company; just taking your money and shipping their orders when they feel like regardless of whatever guarentee they promise online. Can not comment on the quality of the products as I've ordered almost a month ago and still have not received my order.
Bought their sous vide precision cooker...Excellent product... Ordered peripherals ( Vacuum sealer, bags, etc.) for a Christmas gift...According to their website the products should have arrived well before Christmas... Today is12/26...Still waiting... Customer service is no where to be found...In the age of internet purchasing a great product will only keep you on top until someone has a better one... Great customer service will keep you in the game forever...Wake up guys...Cute messages are insufficient...Customers want accurate information...
All-round very poor customer service ordered a present for Christmas, didn't get shipped and customer service was pretty useless. Most annoying thing is that they could have shipped me a product from there Amazon site and it would have arrived here in time. But unfortunately, this was not possible. God knows why they ship from the Netherlands. If I was them I would just use amazons fulfilment service!
Very bad customer service. The first time they hadto resend the product because disappeared from the tracking. This time it's the 14th waiting day and I still have no answer, even if I repeatedly contacted their customer service.
Never again, since there are many similar alternatives....
I bought sous vide precision cooker. It's always been really hard for me to cook steaks correctly. I saw a chef use this on TV and I got curious so I wantched a ton of YouTube videos on others using it. This machine did not disappoint! My boyfriend said it was the best steak I have ever cooked and I didn't have to really do anything!
My Precision Cooker’s wifi didn’t work, out of the box. Peter Chua, of Anova help, was quick, but the testing process was ludicrous finicky:
1) The unit must be plugged directly into the mains - no power strips.
2) It must be sited within a few feet of the router. Not an Access Point, oh no, it MUST be the router. It’s mains lead is only a couple of feet long, so not easy.
3) It only connects to a 2.4GHz network. Switch off any 5GHz network.
4) Network MUST be WPA/WPA2.
5) Network name and password must NOT contain spaces.
I’d already spent over an hour with the skimpy instructions, the app, & FAQs. They’re SO poor, it was difficult to tell which unit mine was in the app!
Peter finally acknowledged that it was faulty, and said he’d pass it over to the replacements team, which took him half a day to get around to. Replacement team then took a day - spanning a weekend - to get around to emailing, and the silly demands continued: photograph the nameplate and the box it came in so “we can determine which model it is”. I’d ALREADY given them the SERIAL number! AND the model no from the nameplate! AND the sales invoice!
It all feels like they’re posing tests for me to fail at, so they can get rid me.
The cooker seems to work well; customer service is actively obstructive.
If you already have high blood pressure, or a weak heart, do NOT risk buying a defective Precision Cooker: getting them to put it right could kill you.
4 stars for the unit; deduct 5 stars for insultingly bad after-sales service.
Fortunately, the retailer I got it from has a rather different model of Customer Service: it, unlike Anova, aims to provide a Service to the Customer, and they’ll be sorting out the problem.
